Bids are requested for the following Contract: Old Nazareth Road Drainage Improvements Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The estimated cost for each or this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Palmer Township Stormwater Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Palmer Township Stormwater Authority and to reject any or all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
