Reference Number : 0000369342 The City of Mary Esther is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to firms capable of managing, operating, and maintaining the Water and Wastewater Distribution, Collection and Treatment Systems. Question Deadline 12/30/2024 at 3:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online : No . Subject to approval by the City Council, the contract term under consideration is one initial five (5) year term and with one five (5)-year renewal. The City of Mary Esther may reject any proposal if it is not complete, not organized as outlined and/or if the proposal is received after the submission date and time specified. Sealed proposals received by the City pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Article I of the Florida State Constitution until such time as the agency provides notice of an intended decision or until 30 days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier. All other information will be subject to Florida's Open Government Laws regarding public contracting.
