Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Sunnyvale, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

RFP D/B - New Sixth Appellate District Courthouse A new 50,000 GSF two-story courthouse serving the 6th District Court of Appeals, including site improvements. Demolition of existing building including basement, shed, utilities, parking, and access. Regrading, site improvements, new public and secured parking, improvements to existing access drive, landscape improvements and stormwater treatment. No job walk is schedule since this is a ground up project. Subcontractors are encouraged to drive by and visit the site of the existing court that will be demoed and replaced with the new building.
