Lexington School District Four is soliciting offers from qualified contractors to provide pavement sealcoating, painting and striping services throughout the District. Painting and striping of pavement will occur every year. A possible rotation of The Early Childhood Center, Sandhills Primary/Elementary, and Swansea High School will receive painting in the first rotation. Rotation two will include The Lex4 District Office, Frances Mack Intermediate, Sandhills Middle, and Swansea Freshman Academy. Rotations may vary based on needs. The initial contract period shall be for one (1) year from the date of award of this contract. In addition, the contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year periods, if both parties agree to such an extension. No price increases will be considered during the contract term. Requests for price increases shall be made in writing to the Chief Operations Officer ninety days prior to the end of the contract term. The District may choose to negotiate a fair and reasonable increase with the current contract holder or cancel the contract and rebid the services. All work will be conducted on-site at the scheduled locations. Completion Date: Rotation 1 by July 31, 2025 / Rotation 2 by Thursday, January 1, 2026 Questions will be taken as requested.
