Lexington School District Four is accepting proposals for painting to be completed at The Lexington Four Early Childhood Center, located at 135 Lewis Rast Road, Swansea, SC, 29160. Sandhills Primary/Elementary School, located at 140/130 Lewis Rast Road, Swansea, SC, 29160. Frances Mack Intermediate School, located at 161 Gaston Street, Gaston, SC, 29053. Sandhills Middle School, located at 582 Meadowfield Rd, Gaston, SC, 29053. The details of the work are located within the Scope of Services. The contractor selected shall be qualified to perform the work within the schedule given. The selected contractor shall be qualified to perform painting services. Cost will be broken down and submitted for different areas listed as shown at each location.
