as of today January 8 2025 project is awarded to SHORE TOP CONSTRUCTION CORP with the amount of $1,005,884.60 The purpose of this contract is to perform crack repairs and resurface various sports courts located within the Township of Edison. The project includes the restoration of existing sports courts located at Hale Park, Oak Crest Swim Club, Stephen J. Capestro Park, Lindquist Park, May Street Park, and Edison Woods Park. The improvements include, but are not limited to site clearing and grading, removal of existing features including but not limited to trees, stumps, tennis posts, basketball posts and goals, pavement removal, hot mix asphalt milling, and crack repairs; installation of hot mix asphalt base and surface courses, pickleball and tennis posts and nets, basketball posts and goals, chain link fence and gates, color surfacing system, line striping, and associated site restoration work as directed by the Township, in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Project is to be completed in 90 calendar days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
