Base Project Renovations Include: - Convert Existing Multipurpose Room To Proposed Courtroom And Three (3) Proposed Offices - Convert Existing Kitchen/serving Area To Two (2) Proposed Office Spaces - Convert Existing Women's And Men's Bathrooms To Be Ada Compliant - Heating And Ventilation Reconfigurations As Well As Proposed Air Conditioning To Accommodate Each Existing/proposed Space. - Life/safety Upgrades And/or Fire/panel System Upgrades, As Needed - Lighting And Electrical Improvements - Communications/internet Improvements - Installation Of Electronic Keys For Existing/proposed Doors - Installation Of Camera System Throughout Courtroom, Walkway, Hallway, Lobby, Vestibule, And Corridor; Also, At Exterior Of Entrance Doors. - Cosmetic Upgrades (Painting, Patching, Etc.)
