RAMER LAKE REPAIR DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE RAMER LAKE, IMPERIAL COUNTY, CA This project consists of the repair of approximately 1200 linear feet of an existing levee, and relocation of an irrigation drain at Ramer Lake in Imperial County, CA. The repair work will include dewatering of the site, construction of the levee embankment, lake outlet, and relocation of the irrigation drain. Provide and perform all the required material testing services including but not limited the requirements included in the design drawings and specifications. The project elements include the following: i. Levee Repair ii. Replacement of the Outfall Structure iii. Realignment of Narcissus Drain The estimated cost of construction for the project is $6,948,400.00. The estimated duration of this contract is eight (8) months. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful firm(s) shall provide professional Material Testing Services for the project. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, testing and retesting, equipment, transportation, insurance, and every item of expense necessary to perform construction field laboratory testing as requested by DGS’s authorized representative in accordance with the project design documents (plans and specifications), construction processes and applicable Codes. MT&IS services will include, but not be limited to, soils, reinforcing steel, structural steel, aggregate, concrete, inspections, and reports. All MT&IS work shall be performed under the direction of an appropriate engineer licensed in the State of California.
