Site work for a transportation facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Project contemplated consists of modifying 4 sets of existing ship-to-shore crane landside tie-downs to accommodate new cranes. LOCATION: Norfolk International Terminal, The Port of Virginia Question Deadline 12/31/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions, shall be sent electronically to proposals@portofvirginia.com. The Work will be substantially complete within 120 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. The Work will be completed in all respects within 150 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional Bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Work, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and subcontractors shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by Commonwealth Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations. Plan Holders list not maintained. Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. .
