Site work for a water / sewer project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a 90 gpm submersible lift station, 1,000 LF of sanitary sewer between 4000 and 4076 Heutte Drive, and 2,100 LF of sanitary force main. Installation of private sewer laterals and one private grinder station to connect 16 properties from 4000 to 4076 Heutte Drive to the sanitary sewer and abandonment of septic system tanks at each property are included. The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission's Regional Construction Standards, Fifth Edition, December 2010, are hereby referenced and are part of the Bid Documents, except as may be modified by the Special Provisions of this Project or as may be shown by bold type for additions and strike-throughs for deletions.
