Mechanical Upgrades at Bohn Tower Promise Academy The project consists of but is not limited to: HVAC UPGRADES The construction estimate range for this project is between $435,000 - $600,000 Security guarantee in the form of a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond shall bear the rate of premium together with the total amount of the premium charged. The current Power of Attorney for the person who signs for the corporate surety company shall be attached to such bond. Individual sureties shall not be considered.
