Coe Creek Stream Restoration Each bid must contain the full name of every person, persons, or company interested in same and be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Fairview Park, or a certified check or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County, made payable to the City of Fairview Park in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Contractors shall be required to pay prevailing wages on this contract in accordance with Section 4115.03 4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code The City of Fairview Park reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals or to award a contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio. Generally, the work to be performed includes streambank restoration by means of installing toewood structures, tiered bolder walls, rock toe stabilization, root wads and rock barb. Clearing and grubbing including selective tree removal will be required for general access to the full limits of the project. Contractor will construct a temporary access road that will be converted into a permanent trail for park use at the termination of the project.
