The Village of Corona is requesting qualifications-based proposals for on-call professional engineering and consulting services on an as-needed basis for the Village. Respondents must be licensed professional engineers in the State of New Mexico. The Village intends to execute a contract(s) with one or more sucessful offeror(s) for a period of one year and reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional three years for the completion of subsequent tasks related to various projects. Funding for these projects may include Legislative Approriations, CDBG, NMED, NMFA, NMDOT, and others that may become available of which this procurement will cover professional engineering consulting services for all project tasks assigned under the contract. Professional engineering services related to a variety of projects to include long range planning, preparation of application for outside financial assistance, location and other surveys, construction staking, project planning, project evaluation and review, project design and the full range of development review and bidding documents, planning, construction engineering, and project management services. Projects range from municipal infrastructure (water, wastewater, natural gas, solid waste, streets, and storm drainage), master comprehensive plan, park design, funding development and assistance, construction phase observation services, environmental planning and engineering services, and project management and administration.
