Reference Number 0000369378 The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals from vendors to perform initial investigation and present one or more alternatives that will return the field fencing to conditions suitable for competitive play for multiple seasons and to ensure the perimeter fencing is installed to meet all specifications and goals of its intent. Due to the possible range of products, work methods, and price points that may be available to reach the City's desired objective, conventional sealed bids are not being sought at this time, as the City intends to award a contract in its sole best interest after review of all available options. Proposals will be accepted from single vendors or teams, and multiple proposals may be presented by each project team.
