Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Newton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Boiler Replacement and removal of existing fuel storage tank at Newton Correctional Facility in Newton, IA 50208. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on January 2025 and end June 2025. Questions must be submitted by 2:00 pm, December 5, 2024 to the Issuing Officer. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier' s check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. Bidding documents may stipulate a specific product. Substitute product will be considered if a written request is received by 2:00 pm, December 12, 2024, prior to bid opening.
