Proposers Are Solely Responsible for Determining Conditions at the Work Site in Preparing Their Proposal. the Award is Solicited in Accordance With the Local Public Contracts Law (N.j.s.a. 40a:11-1 Et Seq.) and a Contract Will Be Awarded to the Respondent Whose Proposal is Most Advantageous to the Authority. Proposals Will Be Accepted for a&e Services for Replacement of Fire Alarm Life Safety System Devices and Control Panel at Harry J. Holtje House 1403, 1405, 1407 Teresa Drive, Fort Lee, Nj and All Work Necessary and Incidental Thereto in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Proposers Must Be Fully Licensed, Certified, and Insured to Perform the Work Required Under the Contract Documents, Must Be Authorized to Do Business in the State of New Jersey and Must Comply With the State of New Jersey Business Registration Requirements. Proposers Must Be Registered With the Department of Labor and Are Required to Comply With the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Proposers Are Also Required to Comply With the Requirements of Public Law 1975, C.127, Which Pertains to "Non-discrimination" and "Affirmative Action", as Amended, and With Requirements Regarding State New Jersey Prevailing Wages and Public Law 1977, C.33, Which Requires a Statement of Corporate Ownership. Proposers Are Strongly Encouraged to Inspect the Site Prior to Submission of Proposals by Contacting Ms. Ruiz at Least One Business Day in Advance of the Inspection. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
