Renovation of a residential development in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Life Safety Improvements Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excessof $20,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond. Bids must be accompanied by consent of surety regardless of whether a check or Bid Bond is submitted. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Docs notes : No advance appointment is necessary. Print copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Administrative Office of the Authority during the same days and times, upon payment by check or bank draft in the amount of $35.00 for each set, payable to the Fort Lee Housing Authority. Payment for print Contract Documents is non-refundable. An electronic copy of the same contract documents will be available free of charge on CD at the Administrative Office of the Authority during the same days and times. An electronic copy of the same contract documents will also be available free of charge by e-mail upon request to Sylvia Ruiz at 201-676-3008. Documents will not be USPS mailed. All technical questions, comments, and inquiries should be directed in writing to Coppa Montalbano Architects via Fax 973-890-8855 or email jmolina@coppamontalbano.com Written replies to any such questions will be provided to all potential offers. Nooral responses regarding technical questions or interpretations of the specifications will be provided. Addendum if applicable will be issued on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The Authority reserves the unqualified right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids if it is in the bestinterest of the Authority to do so.
