A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed under this contract includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the above-referenced project, including: Remove approximately 8,300 SF of existing coating membrane located on the roof level. Shot blast the entire area and clean of debris and dirt to accept new traffic coating membrane. Remove and reinstall approximately 1,300 LF cove joint sealants and replace using Sikaflex 2c urethane sealant or equivalent. Remove and reinstall approximately 2,200 LF control joints sealants and replace using Sikaflex 2c urethane sealant or equivalent. Rout and seal approximately 550 LF of cracks located within the limits of the new coating membrane. Install new traffic coating system using Sikalastic 720/745 urethane system or equivalent. Replace all line striping at 87 spots and large hatch areas over the new coating membraneto match closely to the existing line stripe color. A bid security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. The work shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or Irregularities in the bids received as permitted by law, and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder.
