Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
The work consists of Fort Lee High School Girls and Boys ADA Bathroom Renovations and Fort Lee High School Security Vestibule Upgrade. Terms of proposal and Surety required are fixed by the specifications. The Work consists of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the gut and renovation of the existing first and second floor girls bathroom and renovating into new girls bathroom. Work also includes the removal and replacement of the first and second floor boys bathroom door, door frame and hardware. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition and disposal of existing walls, plumbing fixtures, plumbing, toilet partitions, finishes, flooring, ceiling, lighting, electrical, etc. and installation of new partitions, wall finishes, floor finishes, ceilings, lights, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, electrical, doors, door frames, hardware, etc. Project Identification: Project consists of Girls and Boys ADA Toilet Renovations & Security Vestibule Upgrades. A 100% performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. Bidders must be pre-qualified to bid on work specified by the New Jersey State Board of Education. Bidders must comply with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law and requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bids must be submitted by hand delivery or time and date receipted courier to the Board of Education office. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the School District. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the District to do so. All businesses must provide proof of registration with the NJ Department of Treasury to conduct business with any school districts.
