Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,000-square-foot stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Building addition to provide space for - Locker Rooms, Training Room, Resurfacer and Refrigeration Equipment. Addition will be located at the north east corner of Ritsche Arena. Existing refrigeration room will be removed as well as the east wall of the arena which abuts the addition. Building construction will be precast walls and floors with interior walls constructed of masonry block. Locker rooms will be on the lower level with the training room above. Floor elevations will match the existing arena floors to allow access without ramps or steps. Addition to be located at the northeast corner of Ritsche Arena Addition will be approximately 13,000 square feet with 9,900 SF of usable area. This Deposit Will Be Subject to Forfeiture as Provided by Law. The Owner Will Retain the Deposits for the Three Lowest Bidders Until the Contract Has Been Awarded and Executed, but for No Longer Than Sixty (60) Days. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Following the Bid Opening. Submit a Scanned Copy of the Bid Bond or Cashier's Check Along With the Bid Form to the Procore Site. Apparent Low Bidder Will Be Notified and Have 48 Hours to Present the Actual Bid Bond or Cashier's Check to the City of St. Cloud.
