Site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Working plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
Expansion and renovation of the Municipal Athletic Complex mechanical area and systems converting to ammonia from R22 refrigerant and revamping geothermal capacity. The Area "A" additional square footage is also anticipated to provide two full sets of locker room facilities and a dry land training area. Additional critical updates will include a new roof and mechanical systems for the facility. This project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 17, 2025, per owner, a decision regarding a design team and status on project has been identified. Design has been completed. The construction cycle is estimated to take 12-14 months to complete and is planned to start by April 01, 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
