State Project Number 78SC0083 New Electric Service at MCF St Cloud A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Electrical and earthwork construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Install new medium voltage electrical service including utility disconnects and metering to the existing facility electrical service. New service equipment will be pad mounted and located in a different location from the current pole mounted equipment. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This Project does not have a Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal assigned. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a Subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since November 1, 2019, for construction of Electrical Contracting that involved similar Project Scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to two (2) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion November 1, 2019, for construction of Electrical Contracting and had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least five (5) years of experience with construction of Electrical Contracting similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater.
