CDBG Home Rehabilitation/Demolition Project The City of Cedar Vale will be soliciting bids for Demolition on properties located at 102 Plymouth, 304 Plymouth, 305 Plymouth, 302 Mill, 806 Caney, and 808 Caney. Estimated budget: $42,000 to $102,000, each property is $7,000 to $17,000 The CDBG Home Rehabilitation Project, including demolitions, is a vital effort to enhance the safety and wellbeing of the Cedar Vale community. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Community Development, Block Grant, Home Rehabilitation grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
