Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project includes the conversion of three natural grass soccer fields into artificial turf fields and adding associated asphalt and concrete paving. Work shall be completed as follows. This shall include completion of all punch list items and final cleanup. Contractor shall plan work accordingly and coordinate with the project inspector to identify punch list items and complete corrections within the required timeframe. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Questions Deadline: Noon on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2024. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted to: purchasing@lawrenceks.org The City's official response shall be in writing in the form of an addendum. 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond , Statutory Bond Certificate of Insurance naming City as additional insured The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received.
