Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,419-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of February 19, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 24, 2025. A. The contractor shall a. Coordinate with structural drawings for new roof opening size and location. Contract all roof alteration work with preferred district roofing contractor prior to commencement of work (Alpha Roofing, 3705 Clinton Parkway, Lawrence KS 66047 / point of contacts: Todd VanCleave 620-260-6612 or Andrew Lenz 785-393-7752). Include all associated costs in bid. b. Reference construction documents for remaining required mechanical work. c. Reference construction documents for required electrical work. B. The contractor shall ensure all work shall meet all city, state, and national codes and standards. C. This is a complete turn-key project with the selected Contractor to complete all work, including, but not limited to, all hoisting, disposal, roofing, sheet metal, insulation, electrical, controls and piping, inclusive of all material and labor. D. Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, material, equipment and tools to ensure a complete and operations system(s).
