Valley View Storage Building Due on above time and date Invitation to BidOak Lodge Water Services is seeking competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified and experienced firms able to provide construction services for the Valley View Storage Building project. The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the design, permitting and construction of an approx., 3,000 sq. ft.. pole building per Contract Documents. The engineer's estimate for this project is $200,000-225,000. All bid proposals shall be submitted in the prescribed form and said manner as indicated in the Information for Bidders. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid proposal amount. No bid proposals will be considered unless the bid proposal contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract. In addition to general building construction, the project elements shall include, but are not limited to the following: o Site demolition; o Permit application and permit fee payments; o Earthwork; o Walkways, parking and drives; o Landscaping; o Utility extensions onsite; o Drainage systems onsite and offsite; and o Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural elements of the building. All Respondents must be registered and licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submitng a bid proposal.
