The City of Milwaukie (City) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for gate and overhead door maintenance, repair, and installation services. Services will include both regular preventative maintenance and as-needed projects - a complete description of services is provided in the solicitation document. The work will include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of five (5) years and up to $50,000. Question Deadline 12/17/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Location : online portal.
