The North Clackamas School District requests bids for the above-referenced project. The scope of work includes roofing repairs including but not limited to the removal of existing roofing from roof edge flashing at gutter and rake edges, preparation of edge metal to receive liquid-applied flashing membrane, installation of liquid-applied flashing membrane to integrate the existing edge metal flashing into the existing roof edge in a watertight manner, installation of elastomeric coating system over select locations, and the installation of fibered aluminum coating system over select locations. As well as the replacement of (6) six unit-skylights with external fall protection as identified in the solicitation documents prepared by Professional Roof Consultants, Inc. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. First-tier subcontractor lists, if applicable, shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope (or email), by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, on January 21, 2025.
