The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide general contractor services on an as-needed basis at multiple city-owned facilities. Services will include minor repairs and maintenance, and will require the contractor to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete of the work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $250,000. City is committed to ensuring equity and fairness in its contracting and purchasing process and increasing opportunities for minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses enterprises. Furthermore, the City strongly encourages contractors to utilize these businesses when providing subcontracted services and materials under the awarded contract.
