Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
North Clackamas School District requests bids for the Wichita Center Sectional Boiler Project Contractor will be responsible for supplying the sectional steam boiler and providing all labor and materials required for the project completion. Any statements made by the District or its representatives at the pre-bid meeting will not be binding on the District unless confirmed by addendum. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. First-tier subcontractor lists, if applicable, shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope (or email), by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, on February 27, 2025. The North Clackamas School District encourages bids from Minority, Women, Emerging Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Resulting contract is a Public Work, ORS 279C.800 though 279C.870, BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable. Prevailing Wage publication applicable to this contract is the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works
