Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the fo lowing Work: Reconstruction of Power Lake Dam, consisting of demolition and removal of existing concrete spi lway and concrete structures, removal of earthen dam, soil and rock excavation for concrete dam and appurtenance structures, construction of reinforced concrete dam and spilway, reinforced concrete headworks structure, reinforced concrete abutment wa ls and retaining wa ls with toe drain, compacted structural backfi l, insta lation of riprap protection, soil preparation and reseeding, providing and insta lation of steel walkway and platform and outlet works appurtenances including valves, and site fencing and access gates. An Additive Alternate bid item is removal of additional sediment from the reservoir. Question Deadline 12/16/2024 If a person contemplating submitting a Bid Proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the Drawings or Specifications, they may submit to the Project Engineer, Christopher Perea, Wilson and Company, email to Christopher.perea@wilsonco.com and Jure Marovich, email jure.marovich@wilsonco.com, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. Questions must be received at least two (2) working days prior to the bid opening to allow the Engineer time to respond
