Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: Construct parking lot, striping, signage, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, landscaping, seat wall, fencing, and raised planters. Install picnic tables, corn hole boards, synthetic turf, metal plants, and irrigation system for trees. The Project has an expected duration of (56) calendar days to substantial completion. Electronic copies of Bidding Documents and plans may be requested from Stantec. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Stantec as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than Stantec in either electronic or paper format. Stantec will update periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Stantec. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Stantec. Question Deadline 09/19/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of these documents shall be submitted only to the Engineer of Record, stated above, in writing, questions will be accepted 72 hours prior to the time of the Bid Opening.
