Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: Grade, pave, and provide drainage and signage for a trail network and parking lot in Blue Hole Park, Santa Rosa. The Project has an expected duration of (60) calendar days to substantial completion. Document note : Electronic copies of Bidding Documents and plans may be requested from Stantec. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with Stantec as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than Stantec in either electronic or paper format. Stantec will update periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Stantec. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Stantec. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the time for opening of Bids may not be answered.
