As of August 2025, this project is currently under construction and will be completed within two months. The Project consists of the construction of five classroom additions to the existing Midland Elementary School. The proposed addition will be metal stud modular construction, one storied and approximately 7,887gsf. There will be site improvements associated with this project and other work indicated in the Contract documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, in the form and subject to the conditions stipulated in the Information to Bidders. No Bidders shall withdraw his/her bid within forty-five days (45) after the formal opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in any proposals, or to reject any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals. The accepted low bidder(s) will be required to furnish a One- Hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and produce all insurance in amounts not less than specified under the General Conditions and Special Provisions.
