Reference Number 0000370050 Work under this contract includes all necessary labor, material and equipment for the Pool and Bathhouse Exit Modifications at Playland Park including construction and modification of exit doors, exit ramp, associated finishes and exit signage. The successful bidder, matter the amount of its bid, will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond with its signed contract. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening.
