Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
**As of September 2nd, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 18th, 2025 or October 2nd, 2025.** PROJECT DETAILS. The City is currently in the design phase of the construction of City-owned real property located at 3500 Bannock Hwy, Pocatello, Idaho, known as the Riverside Golf Course Clubhouse. Preliminary architectural drawings are included as Attachment 3 herein. Please disregard the elevator and stairs to an "upper level" on the preliminary drawings. This construction project includes but shall not be limited to: Underground cart storage (~3300 sq. ft.) Main level (~3300 sq. ft.) Parking lot redesign/expansion Demolition of old clubhouse after construction of new is complete CM/GC services shall include but may not be limited to: a pro shop, dining facilities & snack bar, ADA accessible restrooms, adequate storage spaces, small office area, simulator space, indoor/outdoor patio, landscaping, signage, HVAC and other energy efficient features.
