This Project Consists of a New Indoor Athletic Facility of Approximately 27,500 Sf Which includes an Indoor soccer Field, Storage, and Lobby/reception area. Scopes Involved in the Project Include sitework, Utilities, concrete, All Building Finishes, Athletic equipment, Synthetic turf Surfacing, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire sprinklers, Etc. To Be Eligible To provide a Bid on This project, Each Subcontractor Must Have An active Idaho Public works License With A sufficient Bid Limit At the Time of Proposal. Headwaters Construction company and The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All bids and to Waive Informality. The Project consists of indoor turf facility of approximately 26,700 square feet in a preengineered metal building with attached restrooms, lobby, and storage, separated from existing building with expansion joints on interior and exterior. Indoor turf area includes equipment such as scoreboards, retractable divider curtains and batting cages, ceiling netting, and overhead sectional doors. Site work includes underground utilities, parking lots, retaining walls, landscaping, and extensive earthwork including overexcavation and recompaction of native soils throughout project area All questions and RFI's shall be submitted in writing to Headwaters Construction Company no later than close of business on Wednesday, January 15th to allow sufficient time for responses prior to the proposal due date.
