Site work for a civil project in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Pocatello High Country Tank Replacement Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Pocatello in an amount not less than five percent (5%) ofthe amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The City of Pocatello reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Pocatello.
