Highland High School Addition/Remodel D25 Bid Packages shall consist of multiple individual trade scope packages that will be a subcontract to Bateman-Hall. Pocatello/Chubbuck School District 25 has retained Bateman-Hall as a CM/GC, to coordinate the management of the Highland High School Addition/Remodel project. PROJECT SCOPE: Bid Release #2 - Addition to the current high school. 125,000 sf addition consisting of new gymnasiums, dressing rooms, wrestling room, weight room, commons, kitchen, auditorium, drama area, band room, additional support rooms, and associated site work. COMMUNICATION: All communication is to be through Bateman-Hall, Inc. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be in writing and received no later than 2/6/25.
