HVAC Equipment Replacement Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond, (executed by a qualified surety company with the power to do business in the State of Idaho) in the sum of not less than five percent, (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No. 25, Bannock County, Pocatello, Idaho. Removal and disposal of thirty-six (36) existing water source heat pumps. B. Removal of DDC components for reuse in new equipment. C. Installation of thirty-six (36) new water source heat pumps. D. Replacement of flow control devices to match design of new heat pump equipment. E. Replace existing flexible water connection lines with new flexible braided stainless steel connection lines. F. Installation of 2-way valves on thirty-three (33) of the new heat pumps and 3-way valves on three (3) of the new heat pumps. (Valves to be provided by Clima-Tech) G. Reconnection of condensate lines to approved drains. H. Reconnection of DDC control wiring will be done by Clima-Tech. I. Reconnection to existing high voltage electrical. J. Removal and replacement of three (3) roof top make up air units. K All new equipment must accommodate 2" pleated filters. L. Repair of building areas affected by project to original condition. M. Cost for all permits and inspections.
