As of January 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work includes the construction of a small addition and remodel to the existing park structure, located at 325 East 3rd Street, Glidden, Iowa 51443, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Bid Alternate includes the construction of an open-air canopy structure, approximately 29 feet by 15 feet, to be attached to the east wall of the existing park structure. The scope of work includes construction of concrete pier foundations, timber framing, and standing seam metal roof cladding. The structure height and roof slope shall match that of the existing park structure. Est. Value Notes: $355,500.00 PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT, AND MAINTENANCE BONDS: Each successful bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond in an amount equal to 100% of its contract price.
