DOTD Agg Contr, Portland Cement or Blend Contract to furnish Aggregates, Cement, Portland, Regular, Type 1 Bags or Blended Hydraulic, Type 1L for a period of 12 months beginning January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Minimum order is one (1) truckload. For the purposes of this bid, one (1) truckload is 490 bags at 94 pounds per bag. Please state the minimum number of bags per truckload in line item if the minimum is a quantity other than 490 bags at 94 pounds per truck. Due to Portland Cement being phased out of industry, Blended Hydraulic Cement, Type 1L has been added to replace if Portland Cement is not available. Quantity for Blended Hydraulic Cement, Type 1L is listed as minimum truckload, however no quantities are estimated to be ordered at this time. Amount of Bid Bond Required: Addressed in the Special Terms and Conditions Section if Applicable. Amount of Performance Bond, if Required: Addressed in the Special Terms and Conditions Section. The Department of Transportation and Development reserves the right to cancel any or all item(s) on this contract with thirty (30) days written notice.
