Site work for a civil project in Mandeville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of four (4) existing well pumps Installation of 6 waterline, 4 waterline and 2 waterline as required for distribution from well sites to storage area and an interconnect for the two systems. Installation of Sodium Hypochlorite Injection skid Installation of Greensand Filter system Installation of Ground Storage Tank Installation of Booster Pump package Installation of Generators at two well sites and a generator at the booster pump All proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the proposal in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Failure to do so will result in the bid/bids being declared non-responsive and shall be cause for rejection This project is funded with funds from the Office of Community Developments Water Sector Program. All bidders shall meet all requirements of this program including approval of the contractor from OCD-LGA. Utilities Inc. of Louisiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with State Bid Law. This project is not tax exempt. Question Deadline 12/31/2024 All questions or clarifications shall be submitted in writing to B. Shane Guin, PE, Principal-in-Charge, no more than 5 days before the bid opening date
