Reference Number 0000282750 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/09 04:00:00 PM CST Manitoba Hydro is issuing RFQ 043291 to seek the submission of competitive Tenders for the supply of all that is required for the provision of window and building structure cleaning, both exterior and interior, at 360 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0G8. This Contract will take effect March 1, 2025, and will continue until February 28, 2030, subject to earlier termination. The services to be provided may include any of the following items: ITEM 1: 360 Portage Avenue Exterior Cleaning Requirements and Cleaning Schedule ITEM 2: 360 Portage Avenue Interior Cleaning Requirements and Cleaning Schedule General Liability Insurance shall provide coverage to a limit of not less than $2,000,000 (Cdn) inclusive, per occurrence, for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of use of damaged property. The General Liability Insurance shall include coverage for the following: (a) Premises Property and Operations; (b) Products and Completed Operations; (c) Blanket Contractual Liability; (d) Cross Liability; (e) Non-owned Automobile Liability; and (f) Occurrence Property Damage. The Purchaser shall be named as Additional Insured. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
