It will be possible for multiple SOs to qualify under this agreement. All SOs are required to perform work in accordance with Appendices I through V. Regions SOs will be assigned a Region based on their main office location. An SO can request to be listed in more than one region. Prospective applicants are recommended to choose the SO that is closest to them in their Region. SOs must be able to provide service for the entire assigned region, with mileage applicable outside the 30 km Service Area as described below. Regions are as follows: Winnipeg - Urban South & Central - Rural Western Rural Interlake - Rural Eastern - Rural Northern - Rural An Urban SO shall have an office in Winnipeg and consider an area of a 30 km radius from the Winnipeg perimeter their Service Area. A Rural SO shall have an office in rural Manitoba and consider an area of a 30 km radius from their office to be their Service Area. However, the SO must be able to provide service for the entire assigned region (with mileage applicable outside the 30 km Service Area). Qualified SOs will be required to sign the Agreement in Part B with Efficiency Manitoba and provide the required Insurance Documents prior to any work being assigned. The attached Draft Agreement sets out Efficiency Manitoba's requirements to perform the work. It is imperative that the SO understand their role, obligations and expectations under this Agreement. Appendices I through V provide the detail of the above mentioned. Refer to Part B DRAFT AGREEMENT and Appendices as attached.
