Reference Number 0000283182 Pricing Lump sum The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the rehabilitation of various sewer segments throughout the City of Winnipeg with external point repairs, manhole repairs/replacements, sewer abandonments and full segment renewals. Sewers range from 200mm to 2700mm in diameter. D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) external point repairs of 200mm to 750mm diameter sewers at approximately 24 locations; (b) manhole repairs and replacements; (c) full segment renewal on Brisbane Avenue; (d) full segment renewal on Pembina Highway; (e) full segment renewal on Roblin Boulevard; (f) sewer service renewals and reconnections; (g) abandoning existing sewers, manholes, and catch basins; (h) installation of catch basins and catch basin leads; (i) sewer and sewer service video inspection and; and (j) temporary and permanent restoration of boulevard and pavement areas. The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; A labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2: Labour and Material Payment Bond), in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
