Renovation of a multi-residential development in Paintsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work to be performed consists of: EIFS removal and replacement at Bristlebuck Manor (highrise). A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Paintsville, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Housing Authority of Paintsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $800,000-$1M. Question Deadline 12/11/2024 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Scope of Work 1. The project consists but not limited to: removal of existing EIFS system and install new EIFS system, batt insulation, gypsum sheathing, weather barrier and flashing.
