aterial shall be delivered to the Guernsey WYDOT Hot Plant site, 1 mile east of Guernsey, WY at RM 16.55 on US 26 (ML27B) in Platte County, south side of road. Contractor shall furnish a loader to pile gravel. (Not to be mixed with existing gravel at site). Said work shall commence upon notice to proceed (Purchase Order) and will be completed in 60 calendar days. Contract time will be calculated starting three (3) days after the purchase order is issued. Questions concerning this bid should be posted to Online.
