The project consists of replacement of six existing comfort stations and installation of one new comfort station at Glendo State Park. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the Public Purchase website for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Original bid bonds or cashier checks must be received in the Procurement Office by the deadline if not using Surety 2000. Work includes but may not be limited to the following: installation of one new restroom vault (elkhom site), and includes clearing and grubbing ofvegetation, grading, installation of gravel and concrete surfacing, striping, signage, and fencing. Removal and replacement of existing comfort stations (all other sites), and includes pmnping of existing vaults, demolition and removal of existing vaults and vault structures (above and below grade), surfacing, fencing, signage, minor topsoil stripping, placement and seeding. Installing new restroom vaults, minor grading, installation of gravel and concrete surfacing, striping, signage, and fencing. All construction debris generated from work shall be disposed of at contractors offsite locations per section 02050. Note that no disposal sites are available or acceptable at state parks facilities. All work is to be completed per the project plans.
