Site work for a mixed-use development in Glendo, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project will consist of the abandonment of the underground pumphouse and the installation of an above-ground pumphouse. The pumphouse shall be an 8' x 10' precast concrete structure. The existing well shall be tied into the pumphouse and the domestic systems reattached to the new pumphouse. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at website for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. MT on April 2, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on April 7, 2025. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. A copy of the 10% cashier check will not be accepted. If you are using surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the surety 2000 document.
